I really like it, though it'd be even better if the attatchment area was a little wider, or attatched at 2 points on the shoulders. Everything else looks amazing, size, pattern and all. It looks very grand! If it goes into the game, im buyin it :D

The cape is fantastic. But the part that connects it to the frame is too much.

A bit of size adjustment, a bit of adjustment for the lights on the left and right because for some reason no matter how I look at them my brain keeps going "that's a circle that's been stretched slightly too far," and maybe either roughing up or polishing up the metallic texture, I can't really tell which. This might just be me though. This looks like it's gonna be a really nice big beefy cape, and big beefy capes are always something that I can get behind.

Needs polish. Also seperate pictures showing the tintable colors on both the front and back of the cape. Always have tint pictures.

A basic color pattern image would be nice to have next to it. (so can see what parts are which color)

Syandana size is adjusted per warframe. So don't worry. Will be OK.

I think it needs to be a little less wide, because it's going to be a bit awkward on a lot of warframes. Thinning it a bt could also make it look a bit more detailed, as the patterns would be moved closer together. Otherwise, the shape looks nice and so does the pattern, very reminiscent of celtic knots.

I really appreciate feedback guys. Mostly this is what Im working for, in majority. Yes, I am a newb creator. But I "polish" my creations to perfection. And I really love when people tell me what they like or dislike in my items. I really want to make something that community would like. But its impossible without a proper feedback.
