hey Turbanator, ive been running SFO and this mod with no known crashes, as of yet. it seems compatible.

It changes the upkeep of all units to 0, so yes, it applies to all players/ai.

only works on vanilla units from what i can see, any modded units will be 100% upkeep cost :(

Yes, that's why the description says for everyone in all game modes with upkeep. It just zeroes out the upkeep value for all units in the game.

Thought this might be player only but it seems that it is also applying the "no upkeep" top AI. Is my assumption correct? Had some epic 4 vs 13 army battles lol
