Plague Doc really doesn't need all these buffs, just more healing and the Emboldening Vapors stun clear

I know it's 2021 but if I could ask one small favour, could battlefield medicine be a little bit better?

Updated description. Tweaked Incision some more by adding a Blight Killer effect

@Slayer1557 Thanks! I also think clear stun is a good fit there. With her speed Plague can really take rhe role of status healer for bleed, blight, and stun.

Nice changes. I like giving Emboldening vapors a clear use-case. Clear stun on someone and get a buff.
