It does not work with brimstone or lasers because it works like the Dead Eye item. I already said it in the comments. It does however work with piercing and bouncing tears. If you have triple shot or quad shot you're probably going to get poop because you miss alot of shots. You can also look at the video and see that it is indeed working (got a bomb and a card from it in the video).

i dont mean to be rude nor disrespectfull, but from what i can read on comments, nobody says it works properly. might be a mod collusion indeed but might not aswell. can you explain how it is ment to work? with brim, piercing etc... because for exemple if you'r OP and one shot everything with piercing your supposed to be 100*nb enemies accurate right? i got it 3 or 4 times almost at start end at the end of the game too and none of them worked for me

It's definitely works for me. And seems to work for everyone else except you and Kefke. Try to disable all of your other mods.

I'm not noticing that this ever pays out with anything but poop, no matter how well I play. In fact, when I'm accurate, it always seems not to pay out at all.

No, it doesn't replace normal room drops.

Does this item replace all room drops with it's rewards? So, say, if in a given room, you normally would get a Bomb without the item, but if you take the item and miss half your shots, you will ONLY get poop or nothing?

It works like Dead Eye, so it's not working with the items you mentioned
