The action figure has a 0.1% (1 in 1,000) chance to drop, though the chances are higher if you kill them with a hunting weapon (Hunting Bow, crafted at a Foraging Table).

Time to grind for this spectacular addition to my game :D

That is way above my capabilities, making an instrument is fairly easy, what you're suggesting is probably quite a bit harder to do, sorry!
