Sadly the game developer has made 218 of my assets obsolete and is working, it would seem to kill the rest. No mod required, but assets like this one will be replaced with higher tech industry as you city progresses and this is normal and okay, Plus a tribute to your skill.

@Populous I really like your works & would love to use your assets.
I have subscribed to some of them & tried them in my City but they don't work. They just disappear after a bit of time after placing them.
Do I need any Mod for them or am I doing something wrong?

No, I could have fixed it, just sometimes the feed back is just to harsh and on those days builders just want to rip everything down and quit... yes, happened to be one of those days, but the lucy ones of us have people like you they think of and so move on... I will build a new and better version soon.
