To answer about the acceleration: I am no Engineer, if some1 that can provide me with actual number for either power or tractive effort I will be greatly appreciate it. I don't know if that number from wiki is a theoretical maximum, but may be in the real world, there are either the low speed limit near stations or switches or for the comfort of passenger that it could be a lower value ?
To answer Cities: Skylines: Do you have some1 in mind that can do the conversion ? Since this model is way more detail than it needs to be for a city sim, I suppose if some1 want this train it will be much easier to just make a square rectangle mesh and just paint windows on... If some1 were available to take on the conversion, I do have one condition for the person to accept before it is allow to be converted.

Maybe 0.85 - 0.90m/s² would be a realistic value
