Lovely mod but half of the troops in the heavy sword unit are missing faces. I don't want to disable AA :(

Note: fullface helm texture on halberdiers and greatsword seems to be bugged (I am using DX11, and I know there won't be any updates in a while, that was just a heads up)

These are some of the mods I have enjoyed the most. The nuance and character they bring to the Imperial troops are immersive and astounding. Great sense of "lore adjacency". Bonus points for every time my Reiklanders shout "We should be united!" when fighting ragtag Stirlanders.

@WARPIGEON I am really not sure as I am not using any Vampire Counts reskins except two cosmetic mods changing Vlad's swords and Manfred's overall look. So I really don't know if it screws up anything. This solution only worked for the problem you and I experienced.

I managed to "fix" the problem by deleting the variantmeshes with the vmp_zombie entries. I had the same problem with bugged zombie textures using Middenlander and had to delete the variantmeshes of vmp_zombie there, too. Seems to work fine this way. The reskins work and the textures of the zombies are fine as well. @WARPIGEON give it a try. Maybe this will help.

A bit brighter green on the unit cards of Greatswords, Swordsmen and spearmen would be good. They are a bit hard to see the difference to Wissenland

Hey Lt Apollo! I have encountered a bug with your Stirland reskin. I double checked and I am 100% certain it's this mod that causes the bug. So using your Stirland reskin bugs the textures on the Vampire Count zombies. They appear with a completely white torso which makes them look untextured. Only their torso though not their head or limbs. I do not know what may be causing this but it has to do something with your Stirland mod. Perhaps others have experienced this bug, too. I would really appreciate it if you could have a look into it.

Nope. Its a issue with the shaders. I cant use DX12 (windows 7) so no way for me to troubleshoot it lol.

Hi there. I experience black flickering above your new spearmen without shields and swordsmen units. This is only the case for those two units and only for this mod of yours. The Averlander and Reiklander reskins work just fine. Cheers, Aphain

Love these mods!.....you may have already considered this modification but would it be possible for factions which confederate with, say the empire to maintain there regional appearance? For example if i am playing the empire and Averland or Stirland confederate with me. could there units not keep the original appearance? If this wasn't possible could Averland or Stirland troops original appearance still be recruitable from there starting regions, perhaps assigned to a specific build? This would seem much more Lore friendly and would make greater immersive sense in a historical context. It would make armys appear far more diverse and units would still be easily identifiable by the banner of the faction they confederated with.

It seems a shame that your amazing work often quickly gets uniformalized by confederation. Its is unrealistic that an entire army would be reissued with matching equipment following confederation.

Would be interested what you modders out there think.
