Honestly, You probably could/couldn't. If there was a way, I dont know how to do it. That is something you may need to ask in the SFM discussions page. Sorry for the inconvenience
It should work on ONLY the models in the pack that’s required on the right side of the screen. If your importing it to a Gmod exported character, it will become distorted and stretched out or if your putting the animation to a totally different model or similar model. If this all doesn’t fix your problem, go to youtube and watch a sfm tutorial on giving a character another characters animation - https://youtu.be/6W2PamTlSYQ thats how i did it. Hope it helps
