@Ruffles - That is true to make a road lot (and I've got quite a few packs that have that for the lots themselves), however, the problem with this particular pack is that the game is hard-coded in that traffic MUST go both ways on either N/S or E/W (or even elevated) - there's not a way to have it one way of say just S but Not N, so since these particular lots were made with one of the roads completely blocked it would create a traffic jam, unfortunately.

how to turn the gate into a road lot:
1) determine the direction of the road (north-south or east-west)
2) very important, make sure you are ON the lot
3) if the road is north-south, input "/lot road n s" into the console
4) if the road is east-west, inpu "/lot road e w" into the console
5) make sure the gates are open if you want traffic to go through
6) done!

I can if I open up both sides of the gate to allow free passage. That shouldn't be too hard.

They actually are not off by one block. Since the roads are built on a 16x16 lot size, and the width of each lane is 3 wide, there are two sets of roads. One that works N/E, and the other S/W. Unfortunately, the game does not have the capability to do the closing and opening of the gate :/ that would take LUA coding which I'm not too savvy with. I can probably add walls though :D that shouldn't be too, too hard.

the road is off by 1 block and it really annoys me please fix it also could you add walls to this mod to go along with it

@Snapper, you were right about the cheat working. I freed the lot to modify and I opened up the gates and they did work in my building game. Additionally, I did find where you would have to modify the lua code to have the lot spawn as a road, and I got scared just looking at it, since I doubt I'm capable of making code (in general, let alone for sepcific, custom road lots). Nonetheless, I think I will add open versions of the gates at some point! Thank you again.

Ok, perhaps I’ll give it a shot to see if I can update as such, probably by adding open version gates. I would like to somehow keep the gate though for cars to not pass through when entering the community, so I guess there will likely be four special lots. The reason I didn’t add the guard is because when I was saving the lot, there was no room for any persons to spawn, and given that the security room the guard would spawn in was tiny, I’m not too sure how it would work. But I’ll think of something and try to play with it. Thank you!

You can use the /lot road cheat to mark a lot as a road lot for AI cars

Example: Use /lot road n s to mark a lot as a road that cars can drive north/south on.

You may be able to get security guards to spawn by creating a Security zone
