The new Cities:Skylines game Version. But there is a fix for Rico, VTG1800 just has to search the workshop^^
And the building has larger footprint then 4x4 so it is not growable without downscaling it^^

@ Kazumi thanks ) well, the geometry of the building is not easy , and triangles are very small . when you know how to do ,and it will turn out.

the other Lod ,it looks bad . the construction of original 3D mesh and do for not the simplified form is impossible without breaking all the geometry. and is not expected to affect ,a large Lod in a single instance on the map, will not hurt . So be calm.
