Arcaseseb was kind of overreacting. The mod is decent, following the Polish army fighting in the Netherlands. The mod was fun, but also felt more like a Death Stranding with the amount of walking.

Does this mod work ?

I was going to say my usual, "No pics, no clicks," but Araseseb's review changed my mind. next time, can you add in-game footage so we can get a better idea about what the mod is? thanks!

It was the most fantastic mission what I ever played in men of war.
It was beautifull, and so real.
Thank you for that, MKlinger! :)
Greetings from Hungary.

@gamerannn. So how was this the 82nd? If Browning a British General, whom was in overall command gave the order. Not only that but the delay with 101st who did not secure their bridge, but had to build one with British Engineers? Add the fact the 82nd did not have the equipment to make a river assault, but relied on British logistics. Also, wasn't this a British mission? Even the tuber states it was Browning supported by General Frost's book, who states it was Browning and not General Gavin.

Do I take this to heart yes. Why? I am a Veteran of A Co.1/504th, a Paratrooper. I do not hate Monty, i just believe he misused assets (Troops) way to recklessly.

Who failed at Market Garden? Watch this guys ;) Sorry but failure of operation lies on the arms of 82th AA USA :(

Gopan 1 Mar, 2018 @ 5:14am
Nice mission. But why there is no minimap? 3rd task Fall back to landing zone didn`t finish.

@BHunterSEAL I agree with you about the film. Most of the events presented there are matching with history but it's not the newest film and some of the facts weren't know back in time according to what we know today with help of the internet. Scenario of this mission is at the first place about Sosabowski but I don't know how accurate are articles and general information about him in english. Maybe it's due to translation or just lack of info but the story of Sosabowski during and after the war is very dramatic, just like many other Polish soldiers in service in British army.
BHunterSEAL 26 Feb, 2018 @ 2:46pm
Considering Sosabowski was portrayed in a major motion picture by Gene Hackman, easily one of the most talented and prolific actors of his generation, I'm not sure "forgotten" really applies here. It is true that in the immediate aftermath, his actions during Market Garden faced unfair criticism and scapegoating by ranking British officers ranging from Browning and Montgomery to Churchill himself, the latter in shameless attempt to pressure the Polish government-in-exile to accede to Soviet demands.

But beyond the memoirs of the generals involved--specifically Browning, who certainly had a lot of blame to shift--I think Sosabowski has been treated fairly well by professional historians. Ryan dutifully catalogues his bravery and creativity in A Bridge Too Far, and--despite Hackman's limited screentime--the film version makes him a figure of foresight.

it says it is not compatible with the game because of different game versions
Dolfy The Folf 9 Feb, 2018 @ 2:25am
Would be possible to update it for the new Robz 1.25.2 ?
kronik420kushbud 27 Jan, 2018 @ 1:57am
but werent those not technically polish divison then i mean yes polish men but their part of other detachments or what not ? regardless i gotta go look this more up schools over here dont really cover that stuff thanks for the info :)
MKlinger  [author] 26 Jan, 2018 @ 11:35pm
@dat john mccain money In 1939 it was called Polish Army but then there were created polish divisions in France and USSR which are called Polish Armed Forces in the West. So through the whole war there were Polish soldiers fighting all around the world splittes into different divisions and armies.
kronik420kushbud 26 Jan, 2018 @ 4:15pm
from what im seeing they mostly seen battles at the very begining around 39 but around 40 up there were like only 5 or so divisons left my point still some what holding true polish armies got desimated or how ever you spell it
MKlinger  [author] 25 Jan, 2018 @ 8:41am
@dat john mccain money Wrong. I won't send you link to Wikipedia or anything because you should check it yourself, but just think about most known battles like Monte Cassino, battle of Tobruq or battle of Berlin.
kronik420kushbud 25 Jan, 2018 @ 6:53am
@The Budgeis Gang i think that was really the only polish division during ww2 or atleast the last one still active i could be wrong an if i am correct me but im like 70% sure they were the only active polish
Mohxy 8 Jan, 2018 @ 10:10am

Ahlesdurr 21 Nov, 2017 @ 6:56am
Nevermind, I'm a dumbass. I went to the Glider on the back right of the map where Sosabowski spawns, but the landing site was the Glider on the left. So far it's working fine. Nice attention to detail! Good job so far!
MKlinger  [author] 21 Nov, 2017 @ 6:46am
#Alastair could you describe the problem in PM?
Ahlesdurr 21 Nov, 2017 @ 6:25am
I've fallen back with all my troops, except the few guys on the mountable equipment, but nothing is happening. I sent the boxes to the farm, and back to the Glider but nothing happens. I'm a little stuck here.
TerryADavis69 20 Nov, 2017 @ 11:53pm
I'll play this with the "A Bridge Too Far" theme playing in the background.

bilko 14 Nov, 2017 @ 9:10pm
You can see an hour of the Debt and Dishonour'' movie on youtube. Unfortunately th thrid and final part was never uploaded successfully. It is mainly interviews, including with an officer who fought in Arnhem and the intelligence officer who's warning about the strentgh of the Germans were ignored by Browning and Montgomery. In Bridge Too far he was the guy who Browning sent for psychiatric assessment for being émotional'. If you're interested in the whole Arnhem story check it Debt of Dishonour'. Just a shame they dont have the whole movie but the hour they do have is rather interesting.

Zajebista misja! :). Teraz czekamy na misję z dywizją pancerną gen. Maczka. tak trzymaj :)

Great mission + historical background ! Can't wait for the next mission !
MKlinger  [author] 14 Nov, 2017 @ 7:08am
#Green89falcon Yes, "A bridge too far" is obviously a must-watch in that topic :)
Green89falcon 14 Nov, 2017 @ 3:42am
hey this was a epic. the intro was great so too were the maps and missions. btw when a major plan fails they always look for a scapegoat. i hav not seen Arnhem A Debt of Dishonour film yet, have u seen a movie called "a bridge too far". it dealt with rivalry among allied generals and a faulty market garden plan
K-Nyne 13 Nov, 2017 @ 7:51am
Could you add some more images?
thomasmelieresfrost 13 Nov, 2017 @ 6:59am
Really awesome mission man and good to honour the Polish soldiers of ww2 that are often forgotten.
bilko 12 Nov, 2017 @ 11:54pm
what i meant regarding brown and gavin was they hesistated at sending troops into take nijmegen while it was still only defended by just a dozen of the enemy. when the poles landed at driel it freaked out the germans who sent troops over the river to attack the poles. Troops had previously been attacking the oosterbeek perimeter. It took presssure off the british at oosterbeek, which made life a little easier for them.
bilko 12 Nov, 2017 @ 11:45pm
sosabowski rather blunt in his criticism of the flawed british plan. That really pissed off browning who sought revenge by blaming the poles for the failure of market garden. rather unreasonable when you see how browning and the yank, john gavin were likely more to blame for their slackness at advancing into nijmegen while it was weakly defended. there were tons fubar on both sides. but when you see how the poles were totally done over...

What Viper said!

Moge wij de Poolse troepen voor eeuwig eren voor het bevrijden van ons Vaderland. De onbekende helden maar zeker niet vergeten!
