I found an answer. It doesn't work good on maps 1:3-1:5, but it's in 2 times more towns on a map 1:1

I cannot make more towns on the map... Industry is changing, but towns are same (on same size of the map). What do I wrong?

You know you have the wrong link for this mod in all your descriptions. It links to the obsolete mod.
