It's true. When aiming over a beige-coloured texture at daylight, the reticle blends in with such textures, making it hard to see or even invisible in some cases.

I love the pattern, but the sight is way too dim. It's almost invisible in bright outdoor maps like Sinjar.

Also, I'm nitpicking here, but the snake in the poster isn't a cobra, it appears to be a viper of some sort. Not significant though.
