Thanks for the info!

Yeah, I got those from him. You’re better off reaching him through the BI Forums.
Boboluga 16 Aug, 2021 @ 6:48pm
Was hoping to take the covered helmets and retexture them. Fingolfin has yet to respond to my comments on his mod.
Pix  [author] 16 Aug, 2021 @ 6:45pm
@Boboluga: what are your intentions, exactly?
Boboluga 16 Aug, 2021 @ 2:28am
What is your terms of use in regards to retexturing?
InfinitY 14 Jul, 2021 @ 9:52pm
Hey, great mod, been using it for quite a while.
If you're able, can you add backpack radio retextures as well? Such as the Contact ones or TFAR's base ones, it would look much better than using black or some different non-matching camo pattern.
Badger7 14 Dec, 2020 @ 3:17am
Would you have any interest in re-texturing the vanilla (NATO) Combat Fatigues?
Pix  [author] 8 Jun, 2020 @ 1:09am
@xray - Just missing inventory icons. I don't think that's a critical bug in the way that it should impact gameplay.

I get "6:58:56 Warning Message: Picture \ctrg_headwear\data\icons\wrap_shemagh_ranger.paa not found

@-=Nu=- - Correct. This is purely an equipment modification primarily for still image artists & multiplayer RP units that want more CTRG-centric gear available. I don't have any AI units configured for use, nor to I really intend on making any for this version or for future versions of the modification.
Nuu 4 Jun, 2020 @ 11:23am
im guessing this is not zues compatible ??

Pix  [author] 21 Dec, 2019 @ 3:50pm
Just a lot of time, trial and error, and practise. Everyone has their own method, but I recommend looking up tutorials and then adapting your method from there.
Atlas 21 Dec, 2019 @ 2:23am
That's fine, but I was wondering how you make the mod, or where you learnt from so I could give it a go, also if I got it to work, I would only be using it with friends
Pix  [author] 21 Dec, 2019 @ 2:21am
@Atlas - I have attempted in the past to try and make stealth uniform variants but unfortunately I cannot get the colouration right and maintain the same level of quality that the vanilla uniforms have.
Atlas 19 Dec, 2019 @ 11:09am
I know this is a giant ask, but, would you be able to make a version with all the different camos but with the stealth balaclavas/uniforms/helmet with face guard/backpacks? Me and my friends would seriously appreciate it
Olympus304 16 Aug, 2019 @ 11:42am
ok, thanks for the feedback. i really love this mod and would love to see the blue pattern make a return, also ill be looking into the USP Gear mod as well just to see what its about, thanks again.
Pix  [author] 15 Aug, 2019 @ 1:01am
The blue "urban" pattern was adjusted to be more greyscale and suited for urban/built-up operations. Blue was chosen in the first version to be more in-line with what some law enforcement-aimed patterns did (ATACS LE, Kryptek Neptune, etc), but in looking at the popular urban environments, blue just didn't sit well. Hence why it was shifted to a two-tone dark grey.

I may bring back a variant in blue for maritime operations if that is something that people want to explore? I have no qualms with that, but at the current stage, development on this mod is dormant pending further updates for the UnderSiege Gear Pack (USP Gear). There's a lot of content both current and planned for that mod that I think would suit the CTRG perfectly.
Olympus304 14 Aug, 2019 @ 6:29pm
hey how come u removed the blue camo pattern from the mod and is there any chance u can bring them back?
FeeltheBridge 16 Jun, 2019 @ 5:37pm
God damn, you did it. They look fantastic.
Morrison 13 Jun, 2019 @ 9:50pm
Impressive quality, just... wow. I found your mod because BIS retweeted someone who posted a picture with some of your content. I just can't believe this went under the radar for so long. The "covered" airframes are one of the best works I've seen so far. I guess better late than never, but oh boy I should have seen this before. Thanks a lot for your work.
Pix  [author] 13 Jun, 2019 @ 1:49am
Mr.Mustache, they look absolutely AMAZING! I love it! Thank you SO MUCH for sharing them with me!
Stratidemic 11 Jun, 2019 @ 5:27am
You need to get these more well known man, I just came across these by chance and they look so good!
FeeltheBridge 8 Jun, 2019 @ 7:21pm
Hey, great mod! However, i have a question. Is there any possibility to remove the CTRG insignia from the G3 uniform? It seems odd that a black ops organization displays who they are lol.
rat stroker 27 May, 2019 @ 9:17am
Wow these look amazing!
NicholasHK30B 26 May, 2019 @ 1:47am
@Pix, to be completely honest with you i dont think I used anything other than utilizing a virtual arsenal in the form of a big ammo crate. Ive had missions require literally every mod because of that in the past.
Pix  [author] 26 May, 2019 @ 1:14am
Honestly, there’s not much you can do. Did you just have the mod active when making the mission, or are there units that utilise assets from the mod?
NicholasHK30B 25 May, 2019 @ 11:55pm
@Pix im rather new to the modding scene here but what exactly could I do to make Arma recognize that mod again so that I can continue with my editing? The update that resulted in this error just occured for me in particular at 1:46 this morning (Its 2:55 in the morning here in New York.)
Pix  [author] 25 May, 2019 @ 11:45pm
@HK30B That is due to the pbo classname change when I began the overhaul. The old config name "Miltac_gear_config" is a depreciated name as the pack had been made for a group that I am no longer part of, or associated with. I have since changed the config names to reflect that.

I deeply apologise the inconvenience this has caused. That said, the update to version 3.0 has been happening over the last week to week and a half.
NicholasHK30B 25 May, 2019 @ 11:22pm
The mod is well put together and respect goes to the modders but the latest update is a huge problem for me for this reason being. I have been on a mission edit for days now and suddenly I try to enter back into my mission, I am not allowed because I do not have the mod known as "Miltag_gear_config" It is now impossible for me to do my mission and the only factor that changed to make this occur is this update which just so happened to take place just minutes before I ran into this problem. I was editign the mission just an hour before the release of the update on 5/26. Is there any way of being able to explain why this occured and what I can do to fix it?
Pix  [author] 21 May, 2019 @ 2:19am
@Sgt Struecker - Whilst the models aren't mine in the slightest, I do appreciate your feedback and your kind words. I still have the old promo pictures here, as well as the raw pattern plates that I used for those retextures in the old colours. Add me and we'll work out something. And if you manage to get a real world uniform made up, that'll look absolutely amazing!
Exocet 20 May, 2019 @ 8:55am
Hey mate, i would like to say those are FANTASTIC models, i love the new dazzle pattern colors, especially the black one. However is it possible for you to give me the old pictures of the mod? those were some pretty sweet pictures showcasing the new uniforms, and also I'm planning to get myself an actual combat uniform custom made with those patterns.
Thanks in advance. :) :AAF:

@Glimmo - Done and done. Shoot me your server info too once it's up and running, I'd love to jump on!
Glimmo 13 May, 2019 @ 1:34am
Looks super georgeous by the way, I love these models :D
Glimmo 13 May, 2019 @ 1:34am
Theres no key :o I cant install this on my server. Gotta disable verify signature, can you fix?
Fenrisúlfr ᛋᚲᚨᚱᚱ 26 Aug, 2018 @ 6:32pm
