I understand this isnt real yet but would you be able to add relegation to the highland league either 1 team to north superleague and 1 to the Caledonia League or just 1 to north superleague if that is possible?

@MozzaGaming I'm wondering if you can help me. I wanted to add my own team to the database, replacing one from the lowest possible playable league. I added everything needed but for some reason when I try to load the database, I can't play the leagues lower than EOS, even though my new team is searchable.

Do you know why this might be and how I can solve the problem? Thanks!

Don't suppose you could do a version with all the junior teams that are now moving to the EoS league? I know that most of the Eastern Super League have gone there?

@Rezzy don't take issue with me...that's the way it is in real life I'm afraid! (Things might be changing over the night couple of years as they have now voted to integrate)

Started a save with Dunbar Utd and noticed there is no promotion from Junior East Superleague and no relegation from any league above, so I can't make any more progress. Up until now, good DB, but seems not a true pyramid system

WINTER UPDATE NEWS: The file has survived in working order! There is one weird change...you'll notice a Slovak team showing as seeking a manager in the Morrison Motors Cup...ignore it, the team doesn't play in any comps and I have no idea why they've suddenly turned up!

@jon011 it's a manually verified file using the advanced editor, so will always fail when changed unless manually verified again. I was meaning to put a guide together on it...can find the steps on the SI forum, but I'll post a link if and when I find time to do a proper guide.

@MozzaGaming Why does the DB fail if you make any changes to it? Even when i'm changning non-rule critera the league won't verify. Is there a fix for this? Or would I have to manually verify the DB file? If so how do you actually go about doing that

Is Haddington Athletic in this? Really want to do a playthrough with them

@paddyneave only if you know how to manually verify DB files, otherwise any changes to this file won't work! I'll upload a full fantasy DB file soon though.

This is great, I'm gonna have a faff around but I'm guessing this should be relatively straighforward to link the Junior leagues to the IRL pyramid structure & make it a full fantasy pyramid top to bottom?

@faster64 this can happen if using a database name correction file, eg from sortitoutsi. I used extinct competitions to fill out the DB in order to make it compatible with other nation files etc.

Some very strange Cup names, for example the Treca Hrvatska Liga Sjever...which I can only assume means it's pulled through a Croatian competition for some reason. There's about 4 or 5 competitions like this within the Scottish setup.

Mty Bty Bncy - I've extended the U20s down to Highland/Lowland level to reflect real life - the first season only has U20 sides for the teams that use them IRL (as is the case in the normal DB), season 2 onwards should see them all emerge.

There is DarkDiablo - winning the Junior Cup, any of the top Junior leagues, the South/East Shield or coming high enough in either the South or East of Scotland leagues will qualify you for the next year's Scottish Cup.
