is this a glitch or something because skaven RoR unit Clan Vulkn Tailslashers same all-in-one version have something on their noses... is this supposed to be like this?

A few of the factions cause major graphical glitches for me.
The individual mods let me use the reskins for the factions that don't have glitches.
If you disable, I won't be able to use the mod at all :(

nope. i'm not currently planning to fix TWW2 factions.
it's not intended. i will check that on this weekend.
it's one of future plan.
because DX12 is unstable. still i can't find what's the problems.
does it make crash when you start the campaign?
I did the file verifcation test for total war warhammer II and all were verirfyed.
sencondly you asked me if I had DX 12 activated, has there been problems with the reskins when DX 12 is activeted?
maybe there are problems with skaven and warriros of chaos. I'll check it.

as for playing the game with no mods is all fine no problems
would you test overhaul 1~4 without other mods at the campaign? if there are still problems, remove all mods and run vanilla. and then leave a message to me.
I also change from DX 12 to DX11 still no change.
Sadly the game can load a custom battle but I have found some mod that cannot load when it come to the campaign or mortal empire:
I found The Empire, High Elves, Vampire lord and heroes, warriors of chaos, Warriors of chaos lord and heroes mods all crash when loading 84% of the campaign (vortex or mortal empire).
I also have Warriors of Chaos, Reskin Overhaul 3 and Lizard Men crash when loading 49% of the campaign (vortex or mortal empire).
I am very sorry for any inconvenient to you as you said no one else had this problem. I do very much love your mods and I hope we could find the problem.
it's not reported before, also i had not any problems when i play with new dlc
Did you use the other mods or DX 12?
These are the mods I found, I also noticed the mods would crash when loading a certain percentage so I’ll put that with the mods as well. (Not shore how accrete the percentage is going to be. As I just put a ruler up to the loading bar and made a percentage from that):
So the Dark Elves and Bretonnia reskin mods would crash when loading 87% of the battle
As for Mousillon, reskin overhaul 1, reskin overhaul 2, Skaven and Vampire reskin mods would crash when loading 46% of the battle.
Lizardmen and High Elves reskin mod would crash when loading 46%, But only when loading the benchmark in the graphics option. (that was not a problem as I would disable it do the benchmark then re-active it.
I tried removing all my over mods to see if it was any conflicting, But there was still the same problem.
I've stopped modding for a while. until TK dlc is released.
I'll look at it in January.
I asked Gigiauz if he would release a standalone bug fix but unfortunately he refused. I'd really appreciate if you could do so, the clanrat bug is my biggest issue with Warhammer 2.
I think it's not possible. Requires more research.
Second, I noticed that some of the skaven models have lighter fur on their faces and legs and then darker fur for their arms and torsos. For example, clanrats with brown chests and arms and then very light brown fur on faces and legs.
