CryWolf 3 Mar, 2022 @ 12:09pm
If anyone is wondering why This is incompatible with Druid mod by Switch. It may have something to do with Druids mod allowing you to transform into a dragon.
Matymus 5 Aug, 2021 @ 2:40pm
Hey is this by design, I've tried transforming into a dragon before entering combat, and as soon as the fight starts I go back to normal :/
BlueDragonKnight 11 Nov, 2020 @ 5:33pm
@GeminiGreyWolf32 this mod was last updated almost 3 years ago, plus its the classic edition version. I doubt that there will be any updates xD

u said suggestions welcome, from what I read I did not see this on the list of base abilities. I suggest some kind of magic/physical/both? armor buff called dragon scale or scale armor or something. Thank you!

Sent a friend request, I'd like to take a stab at importing this into DE.

That's a shame, this mod was one of the cooler class mods out there, well I hope we get something similar eventually, thank you for all the fun you provided us till this point Claivain.

Hi guys. To all who are commenting asking for a DE version, I did address this further down in the comments. Unfortunately, this does not appear to be an issue of simply importing the mod into the new editor. The map changes effectively delete all custom skill books and vendors, and mean I'd be pretty much starting from scratch. I'm working a great deal of hours these days, and I don't have time for such an in depth project.

Someone initially was going to take over the running of the mod and handle the import, however they came across the same problems I did attempting to import and they appear to have given up.

Once again: I am happy for anyone (willing to put in the effort ) to take over the mod and publish an updated version, as long as I am credited for my original work.

Thanks!

Will this mod come back alive for Definitive Edition in the future?
Natsu_2G 19 Oct, 2018 @ 11:32am

C.K. Kirbi 16 Oct, 2018 @ 3:39pm

Thrasher 14 Sep, 2018 @ 3:40pm
There is now a definitive edition of this available on the workshop. :)
sololegendary 14 Sep, 2018 @ 3:32pm
this mod is the reason i play DOS2. Without it, I WON'T be playing definitive.
Ashen: Nobody cares.
Ashen 11 Sep, 2018 @ 7:03am
Alright, unfortunately I realized I need the definitive edition editor engine to submit definitive edition mods.. :D
Oh well, at least it's working in my game, sorry peeps.
Claivain  [author] 11 Sep, 2018 @ 6:52am
@Ashen Go for it!
Ashen 11 Sep, 2018 @ 6:51am
Hello, I fixed this mod so it works on my definitive edition, tested all abilities and merchant showed up in arx, am I allowed to upload this and give you credits?
Claivain  [author] 10 Sep, 2018 @ 7:57am
Hello to everyone commenting and asking for a DE update to this mod, I am happy to see people are still enjoying it! Unfortunately, I simply do not have the time that will be required to continue updating this mod. While I did have a brief look into converting it to DE, I ran into a number of issues which mean it isn't as simple as just copying files or reuploading, and will require time and effort. As stated in the description, if anyone would like to take over and continue to update this mod, I am happy so long as I receive credit for my original work.

Couldn't find you on Discord or the forum. Sent a request here to discuss something Divinity modding related :)
Claivain  [author] 28 Jul, 2018 @ 3:05am
It's an easy fix, but most people argue that it's already overpowered. Make sure you're not also using the Druid mod, as their transformation time is shorter and can corrupt mine.
Tricky Crow 27 Jul, 2018 @ 1:22pm
any way to make the dragon form duration longer
Claivain  [author] 26 Jul, 2018 @ 1:52am
@Yumic read the first update note in the description
Yumic 25 Jul, 2018 @ 8:07am
Any way to get the skills if you were to dumb to buy them before you went to act 2?
Diamonikon 22 Jul, 2018 @ 7:11am
Ahhh I seee! thanks, sorry for not going through the comments first , it was late at night ^^; thanks for the help tho!
Claivain  [author] 22 Jul, 2018 @ 3:45am
Sorry not Heleane, it's the druid class by Switch. Although likely any mod that also lets you transform into a dragon will cause issues for some reason.
Claivain  [author] 22 Jul, 2018 @ 3:42am
@Diamonikon I've mentioned this many times in the comments, but I assume you are ising Helane's mod? Druid or shapeshifter or whatever it was called? There is a conflict with that mod's dragon form, and often the requirements will get muddled.
Diamonikon 21 Jul, 2018 @ 3:56pm
So I think this happened after I looked into the "Change appearence" mirror, suddenly the Take Dragonform requires me to have 10 in Polymorph

is that normal? Or can I fix this somehow?
Captain Wild 15 Jul, 2018 @ 6:06am
Much appreciated!
Claivain  [author] 15 Jul, 2018 @ 6:00am
No problem, I'll sort you a zip out as soon as I have time (the files are on my desktop rather than the laptop I mostly use now).
Captain Wild 15 Jul, 2018 @ 5:53am
This is my first attempt at modding and it's not like I'm actually making a mod, but I think learning how to do this will help me update a bunch of abandoned mods and maybe I'll learn to do the conversions for the definitive edition. Would be nice, always wanted to mod Skyrim.
Captain Wild 15 Jul, 2018 @ 5:52am
Peaches' method doesn't work in this mod's case, unpacking the pak gives 2 folders, Mods and Public. This gives the meta.lsx files for both but not for the Project folder, guessing that's because it's a parent directory only used to access the others and when divinity engine publishes the mod everything gets trimmed down. Editing the files in notepad I can repak the files, rename the .pak to the name of your mod and replace the file in docs and it works, the cooldowns are changed and everything works fine. But I don't know how to publish the revision because I can't even open a project with these files at all. This also means I can't play multiplayer with the revision without manually sending the revised .pak to each player. Sucks, but it works. If you have time, please privatge message me a screenshot or zip file of the contents of your common/DivinityOriginalSin2/Data/Projects/DragonKnight folder so I can learn how to do this properly.
Claivain  [author] 14 Jul, 2018 @ 12:00pm
Sorry my bad, it's not quite as simple as I first thought. You need to put the unpacked files into a project in the editor in order to edit them. A user named Peaches explains how to do that really well here https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/app/435150/discussions/0/1495615865231947997/
Captain Wild 13 Jul, 2018 @ 2:43pm
I've unpacked the pak and I'm unable to find which file contains the skill details, much of the files are not editable within Notepad++ either so it could be one of them, although I believe they're the scripts that place the vendor NPCs in each major area. I know you're busy but if you can walk me through this I can probably help out with most of the basic requests here.
