No paint. Not really anywhere to work it in that wouldn't be shoehorned just to have paint on the item. I'd rather have no paint than put arm bands or something on it.

Do you mean the mod? You should just have to download the vpk, and put it in your "SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom" folder.

Its pretty nice and would look cool with a couple cosmetics, but i believe scout already has enough shirts and jumpers, sorry.
