Thank you, and thanks for bringing that to my attention. I'm confused because I'm also on stable branch right now and it's working for me. I do play modded, but that's never affected any of my blueprints before, so I'm going to test it on a clean copy just in case.

If I find anything I'll let you know. Try unsubscribing and re-subscribing if you haven't already. I just can't think of anything else that might be causing that.

0.18.3, which is now stable branch. It should be working on both stable and beta (0.19), I think?

I haven't started on it yet, but there will eventually be a 15-slot monstrosity in this style.

This ship will be receiving an update to utilize the newly-introduced torpedo launchers (from combat update part one) as soon as they are on the stable branch.

It's going to take me a little while to build something bigger than this. I have plans (and a class name) for a 15-slot in this style, but it's just plans at the moment.

Great ship - I used it all the way up to inside the core. I'm ready to build something bigger now - any 12-15 slot ships coming? Keep up the nice builds - great ship.

I've kind of experimnented with the issue of the hangars, and the tubes which the hangars are placed behind seem to be the cause. But of course taking those away gives up the hive purpose behind the ship. Not my choice on the matter anyways. Just thought that may help with the troubleshooting. On a sidenote, the glow blocks in front of the hangars do not contribute to any issues.

I've made some improvements to the hangar bays to help with the docking issue- it's still not perfect (and it probably won't ever be with the way the hangars are built), but some fighter designs may see some improvements with this change.

Tomorrow, I'll have a link to an alternate version of this ship that has a different, more conventional hangar in case anyone would rather give up the forward launch bays in order to not have to deal with the docking quirks.

Yes, that fighter design is on the workshop. It's 'Stargate X-302 [Fighter/1-Slot Drone]' by Nut-N-Nut. It probably has a hard time due to it's larger wingspan

This only seems to effect certain fighter designs. I tested the ship with the associated fighter designs and three of the four dock with no problems - the fourth sometimes gets screwed up and needs two or three passes, but usually gets it by then. Scaling the ship up didn't seem to fix it, either.

I'll keep playing around with it and see if I can improve it any. For now, I can say that the VF-1, VF-2, and VF-1B fighters dock with no issues - for a squad of VF-3s, one or two of them will usually require a second pass.

One thing I must say, however, as you pointed out, the fighters have a very hard time docking. Custom fighters may need over thirty passes to dock correctly without passing through the ship entirely.
