Theres not a single scripted event or sudden unexpected things.
Ill hunt down that texture for the gas station, Place AI nodes, make a NAVmesh, and increase skybox hight in the next update.

Oh yes, you are correct. My bad. :/ I was referring to the small room in which the player starts but because of the fogginess of the map I was mistaken.
I wont be updating the visuals.
The gas station texture is one I forgot to put into the BSP.
This will be updated.
The borders of the map almost touch the limits of hammers grid in the X and Y axis.

Also, what is required for the textures of the gas station?
This map does not have AI nodes currently.
