2PatchesIX: only search. Usually pawns has meals in inventory (if colony produces that)

does this prevent them from eating raw meat if there are meals within the radius aswell or does this only affect their searching for tables?

it is 32 tiles radius for seeking a table by default (128 w mod). no matter, enable it or not.

Just a ditto but def ditto Andiun1357 comment. Great mod but I quit using it as the 128 just too damn much for my bases and I waste half my day walking to/from tables.

This mod would greatly benefit from having a mod settings field because the 128 tile radius isn't for everyone tbh

2sledge: yes, it is simple xml modification. DLL injection and givers modification unnecessary in this situation. Just try to feed the colonists before the fight, even if they are almost fed. It is good practice to buff and restore fullness before the fight on extreme difficulty =)

Well after writing the above I had a quick glance at your files. Since you only did some xml editing and no coding this is probably not possible. Maybe I just change the search radius for np meals to 128 and leave the rest, that would at least fix this whole issue for me personally ;)

Yes, I noticed the workgiver behaving weird sometimes. But I am reasonably sure this has nothing to do with the problem I mentioned.
Pawns are drafted. They have a meal with them. While still being drafted I command them to eat that meal. Usually what they would do is, take the meal in their hands move some 4-5 cells and start to eat. All while still being drafted. Enter your mod. Instead of moving just a few cells they try to go back all the way to the table.
I saved the exact moment when this happens, restarted the game without the mod and they reacted exactly as described above.
(This is exactly what the mod is supposed to achive, I am just saying that in this situation it is entirely unwanted and having a situation sensitive radius whould be great)
So IF it is possible for you to have to separate radii, 128 when not drafted, vanilla when drafted. That should fix this behaviour?!

2sledge: sounds like a problem with the workgiver ("part" of game engine, if you will), that appeared in B18. Similarly, switching from one construction site to another during the construction at any time. This mod does not interact with game engine logic and not change it. Pawns could just undrafted themselves and go to eat because of that "engine" problem.

Needs to be disabled for drafted pawns. Not funny to have two snipers fighting a hit and run battle against centipedes jog for for the table, when all I want is to have them quickly down some mre to keep them on their feet :)

2Kohana: this changes seeking radius for a table (chair/stool at the table). If meal is in this radius (or in pawn bag), pawn take the meal and then go eat at the table

What it does: Changes it so that your colonists will seek out a meal at a larger range. They won't grab berries or raw meat and eat it when a meal is waiting a good distance away.
