I feel like if a coffee drinker uses the drink, it should also raise their mood by 1 tier. Would make sense, no?

Yeah, this sounds a bit too overpowered. So about you literally can't stay awake forever with coffee? Eventually the coffee is going to be ineffective after the user goes without sleep for too long.
