I would like to fix this mod but due to unknown reasons, the hearts of iron launcher isn't updating certain mods and I don't know why

And you are gonna fix the trait name, right? Sorry I don't mean to bother you, but 'the_iron_chancellor' bugs me a bit due to the fact that it is all lower-cased and have underscores filling the spaces.

I think you might have boosted the political power gain way too much. I was thinking something like +10% or +15%, not a whopping +50%.

You think maybe Bismarck can some traits? I was thinking something like 'The Iron Chancellor' which grants extra political power received, I thought I'd make a suggestion for you so this mod can have more flavour to it so this wouldn't be just a portrait mod. By the way, I really like your custom portrait of Bismarck!:steamhappy:
