For the radio I was hoping people would be familiar with the built-in radio system in the Unsung Mod. You are free to use the radio for transport, supplies or support, and it is very immersive too. If you keep it on you will hear background chatter.
I will try to add some instructions for that
I will look into the patrol issue. They are supposed to be always moving(static enemies are only at defended positions), so there was something wrong there, I will recheck all of them as soon as I can. I will also try to put tasks without position markers or at least some kind of briefing explaining the options.
By now, If you are still at the radio station you can either keep going north or you can try to get a hold on a long range radio. The Unsung mod has integrated them so you can use them for support, including transport. And they add a nice ambient chatter sound for better immersion when you keep them on.
