- Unique units can be created at Barracks/Archery Range/Stables, but at only 80% the rate (so take 25% longer to create) as those created at the Castle.
- A new building (Pasture) where you can garrison herdables to generate a trickle of food over time.
- A new farm type (Orchard, looks like a bunch of grown-together fruit bushes), which is impassible.
- Garrisoned villagers don't add arrows to TCs, Castles, Towers, but instead repair them at 1/4 their normal rate.

make samurais able to commit Seppuku(suicide), thus converting nearby enemies in flabbergasted/horrified awe
make the vikings build mushroom farms instead of regular farms (india/turkey produce opium etc)

destroying enemy buildings grants you either resources or troops, depending on the building (towers + castles give stone and wood) (TCs spawn new villagers for you) (houses grant you a temporary +5 pop) (Universities, armories and feitorias give you gold) (Destroying wonders give you 1k every resource)

A mod like this may already exist, but the point of this mod is to go crazy, I say lets go crazy.

Make Teutonic Knights by far the tankiest unit in the game (perhaps 250HP and 50 armor)...
...yet reduce their speed even more to the slowest possible (and disable squires for Teutons) so they take so long to move around the map and reach their destination that its comical.

Monks are now melee units (they melee enemies for 0 damage but each hit adds to the conversion of the enemy unit) and cost only 20 stone to make.

- Outposts explode on destruction.
- Halberdiers swing much slower but do much more damage.

Can you make mills automatically buy a reseed when you have enough wood? When that reseed is used by a farm, the mill buys a new one instantly, provided you have enough wood. This would be a really hand standalone mod.

Make wolves tamable or trainable. If blacksmith or barracks techs apply to them they become a zero population war dog unit.

Add a tech which makes buildings regenrate.

Any amphibious units? Is that possible? Can ships walk? Can elephants swim?

Instead of clearing forest, can siege onagers plant trees?

Can you make bridges buildable in game?

A way to manually align gates, or choose which of the four to build.

Change cannonballs to sheep.

Swap resources around. Different types of tree give different resources. Fish are stone. Sheep are wood. Farms are gold. Etc.
