Is there anyway you could make the Chemroot from VFE Settlers produce neutroglycerin?
JACK 18 Sep, 2022 @ 9:58pm
this finally feels like a balanced version of craftable neutroamine

I have a compatibility request for this - what's the <name> tag for this mod (in About.xml)?

Good to know the same stuff in my medicine is used in my incendiary shells.

could you make the boombats from vanilla expanded austrialia be milkable?

@Gunseeker The author explained in detail in the previous page of comments. TL;DR in this mod the production is more efficient.
Gunseeker 15 Jun, 2019 @ 6:30am
oh, okay, also how is the balance changed, do they produce less of the neutroglycerin?
Albion  [author] 15 Jun, 2019 @ 2:40am
Not exactly. It works similar and the original idea is from ShadowTani (which is why I credit him). However it is differently balanced and included in the Full mod.
If you want to you can simply use ShadowTanis mod and ignore this Addon.

isnt that literally just this mod https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=26108.0 and not a sparkling worlds addon?
Albion  [author] 17 Feb, 2019 @ 12:16am
Yes. But there is a CE patch for sparkling worlds. It is technically for the full mod but if you use the Core mod AND the chemical extraction mod it should work fine too.
Cthulhu  16 Feb, 2019 @ 4:24pm
Is Sparkling Worlds Core incompatible with CE?:whateverr:

I just updated the mod to v1.0
Enjoy the mod and please report any issues.
If you want to continue with B19 please download the old version from Nexusmods. You can find the link in the forum topic.

you are right, it is the bucket you can see on ShadowTani's preview image. it turns out i have both mods activated - no idea why, but i didn't mind it anyway. everything works fine. :)
Albion  [author] 2 Sep, 2018 @ 9:26am
Can you upload a screenshot of that shiny one somewhere? Technically the neutroglycerin should just look like the one in the screenshot.
However there is the original chemical extraction mod by ShadowTani which features a whiter bucket so if you got both you might end up with neutroglycerin from both mods which look differently.
~moep~ 2 Sep, 2018 @ 4:30am
just curious, i get two kinds of neutroglycerin: the normal one as seen on your preview image and occasionally a "shiny" one. so...is there any special use for the "shiny" neutroglycerin? :)

Sorry I fucked it up and forgot to include a specific file. I updated it though and it should work correctly now. Thank you for reporting this issue.

I just updated the mod to B19. If you want to continue with B18 please download the old version from the forum.

As it turns out this particular mod actually is compatible with CE.
You can use it with CE.
However the Sparkling Worlds Core mod is incompatible so you can only use this particular mod right now as a standalone.
Oddworld86 19 Mar, 2018 @ 5:41am
Is it compatible with combat extended mod? I know that " [B18] Chemicals & Neutroamine R2" had compatibility issues with it in A 17.
Albion  [author] 29 Dec, 2017 @ 3:58am
The balance is different. Neutroglycerin production and refining is more efficient in this mod to bring it on par with the vanilla chemfuel milking of Boomalopes. The refining also happens with the refinery and not the drug lab. Neutroglycerin will now explode if exposed to fire.
The code used to create this mod is also different but this would only concern you if you are a modder.
This mod additionally includes a patch for the Genetic Rim mod to patch genetically engineered creatures to produce neutroglycerin instead of chemfuel.

I generally took the chemicals and neutroamine mod as an inspiration but improved and expanded on the idea. I therefore mentioned the creator of that mod in the credits on the forum.
Unfortunately this mod is incompatible with the chemicals and neutroamine mod.
TheToric 29 Dec, 2017 @ 12:37am
How is this different than chemicals and nutromatine?
Albion  [author] 30 Nov, 2017 @ 5:36pm
I updated the mod to include a patch for Genetic Rim so that creatures created there now too produce neutroglycerin instead of chemfuel.
