All audios that are associated with the charger. So to find these simply follow this directory it might differ though depending on where you installed L4D2.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\sound\player\charger

And for the music its this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\sound\music\pzattack

And change the vassalation file for the charger music

I'm not good at all at making models. I prefer just making sound mods but if someone made a model mod to go with this I would be more than happy to link it in my mod and credit the author.
