That is correct! Same with all things under the "lotpack" label!!! Enjoy! You can also place them should you have enough $$$ and find them under the correct building tab. Further, you can even save your own custom buildings, and upload them to the workshop (but that does take a while to figure out how to do, but don't let that discourage you!)

So it just spawns randomly if i subsrcibed it and start a game?

This is a lotpack, AKA a custom building. I'm not sure if you're asking about how to place the building, but if you're playing Voxel Turf, it should spawn as a building, or otherwise be placed by you. If you are asking how to upload the building (lotpack) that would be a different question, and there are multiple steps to do that, which I think are strewn throughout the workshop, and I can definitely help you upload custom buildings should you want, jut send a friend request.

But for what I do think you are saying, this building will appear as a cutom building under the Commerce tab, when you try to place a building into your Voxel Turf world. So, there's no actual use per se, unless you're trying to use the lot to gain money, and want a city that has this particular model in it.

Oh by the way, I just told a couple of youtubers who play Voxel Turf on their channels about some your lot packs, including this one, and I can't make any promises, but they might end up featuring some of your custom lots in one of their videos. I suggested they start playing around with some custom buildings, and they liked the idea.
