It doesn't need anything to use. It runs as it runs with whatever you've got, as well as with whatever you might have or not have in the future. But load order has a lot to do with how things ultimately look, and the look is the whole thing, after all.

So this needs bella's face pack to use and you need sky hair mod to have the same as in your pictures.You really should state that when uploading your mods, sorry if i'm ranting but i usually use skyrim nexus website to get mods and there they put the specs and info in discription.

You have'nt answered in your previous mod about how beauty packs alter your mods,so i'm guessing this will do actally the same,ie change them to younger ,so this mod is not worth me getting.
