You do realize that in order to prevent conflicts between part 1 and part 2 all you have to do is remove the readme from one of the parts, right? According to my developer console, the readme.txt is the onlything conflicting.

Check That is not replaciong another addon that is replacing a guitar,posters and the concert music (If part 1 and part 2 is in red its okay), Audio Settings. try restarting the game.if the options that i give to you dont work then try downloading my full Addon on l4dmaps, http://www.l4dmaps.com/details.php?file=22654 .
