Hi, sorry to be a bother but The Lady Stone is bugged on my game, the +10 Spell Deflect is causing my character to be stun locked by every caster i fight :(

AS OF RIGHT NOW THIS MOD HAS BEEN UPLOADED TO THE NEXUS! You can find it here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/57528/?
Pipedream420  [author] 25 Aug, 2014 @ 5:09pm
Do whatever you want man. If you have changes you want to make then feel free to make them. You do not need to upload it to the nexus unless you want to share it with people. I am going to upload the original mod to the Nexus.
Gio 25 Aug, 2014 @ 5:06pm
mind if i upload it to nexus with few changes?
Pipedream420  [author] 25 Aug, 2014 @ 4:58pm
I want to make this perfectly clear. THIS MOD IS AVAILABLE FOR EVERYONE TO DOWNLOAD AND TWEAK FREELY. I am not some greedy douche like the rest of the steam community. Take this mod and do whatever you want to it. I don't care. You do not even have to site me as the original creator. Because I believe that no man can own knowledge and that it should be shared freely. SO IF YOU WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THIS MOD THEN DO IT! I will not be updating this mod anymore.
Pipedream420  [author] 25 Aug, 2014 @ 4:53pm
Sadly I have to reinstall skyrim and the mod in order to even copy the files... For some reason, steam will not allow me to download the file by itself without skyrim. Whoever thought that was a good idea should be fired.
Pipedream420  [author] 25 Aug, 2014 @ 4:51pm
I am in the process of transfering this mod to the Nexus as requested. It will take a little bit of time. I will be sure to post an update on here when the mod is successfully transfered to the Nexus.
Gio 24 Aug, 2014 @ 7:04am

Two_Cruel187 22 Jun, 2014 @ 8:19pm
I love your mod it is freakin awesome keep up the good work
Kani1111 28 Mar, 2014 @ 1:12pm
Would you give the shrine of Talos/ blessing of Talos 40 % or 50 % fortify shout = reduced cooldown by 40/ 50 %

and remove fortify shouts from the warrior stone completely?

(Its not lore-friendly that a standing stones gives a double boost on fortify shouts, more than praying to the appropriate god!)

Kind regards,
M
Volitio 19 Feb, 2014 @ 12:49pm
You could nerf all the Guardian Stones and the Shadow Stone, they seem to overpowered. There is almost no reason in picking Lord Stone when you have that Warrior Stone.
Plus: Mage Stone could have Fortify 5% every mage school, since there aren't only destruction mages here.
Grif Vindh 18 Sep, 2013 @ 9:29am
It's not stolen. He posted on the thread on the other mod on 1/19/2013 that had had made some modifications (to fix a bug people were reporting) and that otherwise it was practically the same mod. Note that the other mod hasn't been updated since 2/14/2012.
Crawl 7 Aug, 2013 @ 4:10pm
THIS IS STOLEN! IT EVEN HAS THE SAME GLITCHES!
DarkHelmet88 9 May, 2013 @ 10:03pm
the lady stone is nice but everytime i get a dragon hit me with a shout it messes with my character i can't hit anything with the deflect spell
Xetaxheb 29 Apr, 2013 @ 1:22pm
Note that this mod was STOLEN on January 19th 2013 from PR4Y at https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=8449 who made it in Febuary 2012!

100% Dragonshout reduction is far too unbalanced, say you got an amulet of talos, the blessing and then the warrior stone, you get 100%

LORD STONE IS GOOD FOR TWO HANDED BESERKERS
Pyke dual 40 mode 17 Feb, 2013 @ 8:14pm
Shadow stone does not appear to be working properly. Only thing working is invisibility, no bonus to magicka, archery or illusion.
Pipedream420  [author] 11 Feb, 2013 @ 11:42pm
Bones6122. Unfortunately that is apart of the game itself. I would have to edit the script for the spell ward and sadly I do not know enough to do that. But you are welcome to change anything in this mod as you see fit. This mod is easily customizable with the creation kit.
Boneses 11 Feb, 2013 @ 10:28pm
for the lady stone, im not sure if its just me but the constant ward ability seems broken. it appears that the ward is breaking and causing me to stagger then is recast which starts the cycle over. if this is the intended effect then sorry for misunderstanding.
Fine 28 Jan, 2013 @ 7:10pm
I'm sorry, but I find most of these terrible. You replaced all the unique effects that define the stones and added simple buffs, most of which consist of adding to your pool of magicka\stamina\health. The lord stone in particular becomes entirely useless since the warrior stone offers the same bonus but larger, as well as other effects too.
I'm sorry, but I don't find this an overhaul at all. All this mod does is make the stones mundane and repetitive. You took away all the uniqueness of the stones and made them, essentially, free potions, what with all the fortify regenerations and health\stamina\magicka pool increases.
Things like the warrior stone become insanely overpowered with the shout cooldown (unless you meant you ADD 50% of the cooldown back, making it a third longer.)
And why nerf the Talos items? They have nothing to do with the stones and should be in a seperate mod.
If it ain't broken, don't fix it.
The Lord Of Peanut Butter 28 Jan, 2013 @ 10:54am
i think the changes made to the first three standing stones are a litlle overpowered and would be more balanced if say the fortify one/two handed was maybe 10% instead of 20 and didnt give the extra health
CTZN3LACK 27 Jan, 2013 @ 4:43pm
just a suggestion but i'd like to see the other amulets and blessings modded as well.
If your gonna do one why not do them all?
Spaghetti 26 Jan, 2013 @ 6:05pm
lol
Faustian Device 25 Jan, 2013 @ 4:45pm
holy crap.... ok first things first... this mod looks awesome.. i only ever use the steed stone and lord stone personally so thanks for this
and the dude who posted 20 some times... dont post like that... its like youre making a bloody article for a newspaper... "aint nobody got time for that"... post once or twice and wait for an answer... i also disagree with your various points because some of us arent "mlgs" who run through things... my current imperial has a carryweight of over 500 and i still have to type in the console command for that (at lvl 30) so i can carry crap around (i dont use followers because their ai is handicap) i also get anhilated alot as a warrior on master with skymomod so any help i can get without really cheating is nice (this is so far from cheating it should have been vanilla)

good

I dunno why you guys would want to stay low level anyway. Max level is where it's at. You haven't fought a battle until you have fought a Legendary Dragon on Master Difficulty with Deadlier Dragons. Maybe you should try that before you blatantly shower my comments with opinions.
Pipedream420  [author] 24 Jan, 2013 @ 4:06pm
Or you can get it from the nexus at...

I don't know what game you play... but my game is much harder at higher levels... Maybe you should try using this mod.

Hey yo! it's a bit long cause i tried to explain the why of the feeling. i needed to get from scratch what we should share in common thought when we talk of balance. i wish you'll take the time to read it all, and understand me hehe. good reading if you have the courage ^^
Ideo 24 Jan, 2013 @ 5:06am
Well i meant for the early stages of the game balance sake ^^ late game you're a god, nothing change hehe. But think early stage. Usually in a heroic fantasy game, and TES series is no exception, you have 'archetypes'. warrior, thief, mage. anything you do in these games is depending on these 3 'mama's archetypes. In TES you can mix happily best of all to be a god. Seriously, anyone of these archetypes played pure, i mean a warrior without magic and stealth abilities, a thief without magic and combat abilities and a mage without stealth and combat abilities is already promised to a great destiny.
Ideo 24 Jan, 2013 @ 5:06am
Once you turn 40, you're a god no matter what you chose to specialised in (well assuming you didn't put all your points in speech and lockpicking ^^). So when you mix the possibilities, you become a true god long before 40. Even in master difficulty ^^ I, and i'm not alone out there, play in master only, and try to stick to my archetype of choice all game. If i play a spellsword, or warmage, a nightblade or a paladin, i won't be putting my perks point the same way, but i'll still have no more problem around lvl 25 or so, master difficulty. if i play a pure archetype without mix, in any good heroic fantasy game, and in TES too, the game difficulty should be:
Ideo 24 Jan, 2013 @ 5:05am
warrior: quite easy early stages resistant but not a great dmg output, less easy late when big bad ass dragons or godlike draugr resist physical dmg the most (cause all you can do is swing a weapon and resist) but overall not so hard cause you have a great armor, a big weapon and you're tanking like crazy. it's an offtank archetype if you go 2x1h or 2h weapon, a full tank if you go shield and 1h. The more you stick to the archetype the more difficulties you have (and the more fun too hehe) cause no stealth in dungeons can mean 5 ennemies on your hide at the same time, no magic use means no healing power, no armor or magic resist buffs. any declinaison of the warrior with magic use or stealth use or the 2 of it make it easier.
Ideo 24 Jan, 2013 @ 5:05am
thief: average difficulty early stage, not a great dmg output, no resist, bad stealth ability. you should play tactical and avoid fights you can't win. you should be careful at all time and that's what makes the early stage fun. Later, no one can ever see you coming, you one shot anything cause your backstab or sniper arrow is so great, big dps even if someone doesn't die from your first shot. either you play 2x1h dagger for the 15x dmg or bow and arrow for the slow time and 6x dmg at range, your light armor is resistant but mobile and you never make a sound. meaning easy late game. i don't even talk of the hide in plain sight. And that's if you play pure archetype, if you mix in some magic or combat perks in it, it's even more powerful earlier.
Ideo 24 Jan, 2013 @ 5:05am
mage: hard times early stage, your spells are weak, your robes aren't tough, you can't hide and avoid fight, you can't kill a fkn bear without running out of mana, you need to finish off your target with your dagger while running back and forth to dodge damages cause all your points go to magicka. Somewhere around lvl 25 which is fairly quick if you stick to your mage stone, you feel the power you'll reach some day. late game, nothing can resist you, dmg output is fkn awesome while resistances are full. your weak days are behind, time to be a true god walking tamriel. so easy late. and if you mix combat or stealth or the 2 of em, your early stages are not that hard and your midgame is already easy enough.
Ideo 24 Jan, 2013 @ 5:05am
So to speak, it doesn't matter what difficulty you play in, at one point, different for each type of champion you chose to play, you'll be so good nothing can stop you. I play master + high levels enhanced difficulty mod. i made at least 5 toons which are lvl 40-70 each, using different playstyles and no matter what i'm still destroying big bad ass elder dragons. game is easy late that's all. each time i reach around 50 i m getting bored of one shoting anyone or almost, and challenge is gone, i make a new champ or stop play for a while.
Ideo 24 Jan, 2013 @ 5:05am
Morrowind was the same but the complexity of the leveling (if you wanted your x5 in each stats each time) made it up for a longer fun before being such a god. oblivion was easier (a lot) but still the character leveling choices were making up for it. In skyrim we reach higher level faster and there is almost no choice in leveling. it's easier and less challenging. so less fun if you're an old rolist who needs to work hard to get his reward, and not a frustrated youngling who just love to fus roh da people around the world (nothing wrong with that i did it for a while hehe). What i'm trying to say is: fun is in the hard early-mid stages of the story, at one point, it's just walk, door, kill, loot repeat. well at one point you don't even loot anymore.
Ideo 24 Jan, 2013 @ 5:05am
when your reach 200k gold with all the houses, a full gear you made yourself which is far better than any daedric object (you still collect for the sake of collection) you don't need the gold anymore. so why loot and carry to a merchant? no need for that. once my alchemist enchanter scholar had so many potions and enchanted jewelry to sell, it was outflowing my chests and cupboards in 2 houses. and i was like 150k gold at that time... you understand what i mean? gold isn't an issue, gear isn't an issue, difficulty isn't an issue... challenge is in exploration, finding special stuff, and follow the storylines of the quests. and that's quite more fun early on in the game, when you can die, and it's hard and you need to think and play tactical, and use all the tools you have in the archetype you chose. i tried hard to make a point here, i wish you get it.
Ideo 24 Jan, 2013 @ 5:04am
conclusion is: standing stones needs to be usefull at the early stages when you're the weakest (in some archetype anyway with that everyone level with you thing a warrior play the same game all along, in iron or in daedric full gear) without making you OP already. some stones are far more op than others, but i feel it's cause they're harder to find (in your first game at least) or harder to reach at early stage. you won't go for the lord, the atronach, or the steed early in the game, there is dragons and bandits and savages beast circling em. so some of your stones, the easy to find, the easy to reach early, needs to be really balanced to not make the early stages too easy while they should be hard. the other can be whatever you like or feel useful cause it doesn't really matter, without stone you'll already do the job. but early on in the game, and for the new comers and the veterans alike, it will not be fun with so much advantage.
Ideo 24 Jan, 2013 @ 5:04am
it concerns in priority the 3 first standing stone. imo you shouldn't add anything to it but some regen maybe. magicka regen for the mage, health regen for the thief, stamina regen for the warrior. and not a lot, like +25% or so. they already giving +20% xp in your archetype perks omg that means your true potential will come faster and you'll have no more challenge faster! i didn't use my own archetype stone from my second game already ^^ just to level slower lol. the buffs you gave em are far too good.
Ideo 24 Jan, 2013 @ 5:04am
as for some of the other, you should try to respect as hard as possible the true meaning of the stones. did you play morrowind and oblivion? so you can remember what powers the stars gave you in these game. in skyrim they changed a lot of em but in a way tried to respect the original meanings of it. for example your steed respect the original one. your atronach and apprentice don't ^^ atronach is no magicka regen at all, cause you get it from spells cast on you. that's a fkn good power with magicka regen, just a tiny bit, it's OP cause it means each time you'll run for hours you'll be replenish. if you sleep you'll be replenish. meaning you don't have to think about it before using a spell for not a so good reason. it changes the atronach spirit.
Ideo 24 Jan, 2013 @ 5:04am
like the apprentice, who try hard to be a mage and have good potential but is too fast and careless. 100% magic vulnerability for 100% mana regen is the key spirit of it, innate potential but careless. even if you add some buffs, you should keep these numbers. as for the serpent which poison his victims, or the shadow wtf more magicka is doing here? it's an assassin's stone, ok you buff archery but illusion and magicka? not their place. better go for a muffle or something. well here are my thoughts, i wish you understood em, and will agree with at least the reasonning behind the balance issue!

have fun!
Pipedream420  [author] 23 Jan, 2013 @ 8:36pm
I haven't had any balance issues... I play on adept and I have things like deadly dragons so it makes for a good combat experience. You should be more specific about what you think is a little out of balance, because as far as I can tell the only thing I did out of balance was the shouts and I made it so balance was up to the player. You don't have to use the stone, which is why I added the talos amulet and blessing as well. Either way even in the regular game you can easily get 100% shout cooldown. I did all the time. This way just make it so you can have some enchanting freedom as well as some stone choice freedoms.
Ideo 23 Jan, 2013 @ 12:25pm
Hey yo! sweet idea you had, making other choices looking good. Some stones were just useless. Anyway, i don't think i'll be changing from the lord stone a lot but for the steed one if i get bored by the slow speed of the horses!

Are you concern about balance? in that case some stones are way too good for early stages of the game! I won't complain but it may be considered a cheat mod by the community ^^

Cheers and keep up the good job! ^^

I am pretty sure the Creation Kit is for many Bethesda games but I am not sure which ones. You can download the Creation Kit directly through Steam. At the top menu bar click "View", then click "Tools". You will be taken to the tools download section. Scroll through it and find Creation Kit then install it. Once its installed in order to use it you can either go into your Start Menu or you can go back into Steam and back into Tools. I marked CK as Favorites in Steam so it will show up at the top of the Tools list.
Inkubus 21 Jan, 2013 @ 10:47am
I'd like that, thanks. where do you download the creation kit? is it only for skyrim? I'm kinda new to the modding world.
