Make sure you have the vehicles downloaded them this addon is a skin for that model

It's a Pierce XT I can just tell by looking at it. (It also sorta says it in the title but I'm gonna look for the link to put in there

Yes, the lights will work as long as your have a photon compatible version of this truck.

You dont have to ask me for permission. Find what vehicle you want and get the template then you can setup the codeing and make the textures.
