My first car in real life. Had rebuilt and blueprinted 389, Hurst Grip with tall shaft shifter connected to Muncie M21 close ratio. Did wheelies with low profile M/T 50s on back. Raced 1/4 miles on strip behind MCRD San Diego with everything I could find ('77-'78) and never lost a race.
Sad day when folding front end fell apart and no one had parts. Left on side of the road - still have the keys lol. :)
But other than that not much we can do
suggestion i made:
Adjustable ride height and stiffnes in game like gearboxes
camber
traction values in config
HP and toque settings in config so not tide to motor scale
Once i well again i will chase down some answers but only submitted list recently
If want add downforce it goes under door angle in the config example below
downforce=2.5
DIY Race Car R6 = Junkyard - Auction - Salon
DIY Race Car V8 = Junkyard - Auction - Salon
Gasser = Junkyard - Auction
DIY Race Car R6 = Junkyard - Auction - Salon
DIY Race Car V8 = Junkyard - Auction - Salon
I now have 3000hp Drag version of this car. (using the v12)
0-50 .816 Sec
0-100 1.833
0-200 4.233
0-300 6.899
Top Speed around 400kph
I jacked up the back end put on some big slicks and this car tears up the track. Thank you so much for modding this car for us all to enjoy
If i knew how to add screen shots i would
When using the gasser/race car body, especially the left front door with the window net, you should not be required to install the left (and right) door windows.
Race cars don't have door windows.
Maybe this needs to be changed at the car variant level. Because I can't see the possibility of elimating the door windows from the parts list just because you selected to use the race car body parts. So therefore the R6 and V8 race cars should not have door windows in the parts list at all.
