Yesssss. Played as Ireland and tried to fabricate a claim on York. Waited ten years and got the county. From now on I'm just going to use holy wars with my heretical rulers, but now that won't be necessary. I hope.

The problem with fabricating claims with CK2 is that after Vers. 3.0 the chances to get a claim has been
- drastically reduced.
In Vers. 3.0 und before i had a chance with a chancellor (Diplomacy value: 14) to get a claim
- of 14 %.
Now at Vers. 3.3 it is only 7.6 %

Why such a weak value suddenly ?
What does Paradox think about this change ?
With a value of 7.6 % (and at the beginning of the game, you dont get a much better chancellor) you can wait 20-30 years to get a claim.
Starting as a count or weak duke, you cannot invite claimants or marry your daughter to someone where you get a claim a generation later.

I will now try this (or some other claim-mod) to better my situation.

Thanks great mod, it was always annoying waiting 40 years to get a claim

maybe a week, since fabricating claims is just an event with a base mtth, reducing the mtth (mean time to happen) reduces the average time. Probability wise it should take a month or a week around that time. Maybe more, maybe less
