Nice job with this route, did a couple of quick drive route and enjoyed them. Could use some speed limit signs.

Thank you so much!
I made the route specifically for the players with few addons, and more "normal" computers.
Regarding the glitch, I'll look into it, but can't promise anything ;)

I have really enjoyed this route from the beginning. The layout and track network look straight out of a 30s-40s interurban route. I do like that it loads fast and doesn't have a ton of scenery (my pc is crappy). There is just one glitch, by the museum entrance, (when you're driving in between the fences surrounding the railway tracks) either the motor sound or background sound cuts out on the holmans and the steeplecab. Otherwise, pretty nice workshop route, loved operating stuff on it. :)

Really enjoy the look of this route. I am very interested in seeing how the IRM Route turns out, I have been making one as well so it would be cool to see different takes on the museum.

@DPSimulation
Thanks again :steamhappy:
And regarding the advice, don't worry it's great, because i've been living it for quite some time.
This is my free-time, so I instantly quit something I don't enjoy.
UPDATE: I've just started work on a pretty precise version of Illinois Railway Museum.
I'm concidering making two versions: One for players with few addons.
And one for the players who might have everything-American.
Also, it's nice seeing support from someone who looks like a veteran when it comes to Railworks!

I wouldn't worry too much about that to be honest, for several reasons.

Firstly, I always say create what you want to create and using the requirements you want to use. Speaking from vast experience, you have to enjoy making it for yourself, otherwise you won't enjoy doing it.

Secondly, i'd imagine 95% of the target audience for a route such as this is in North America where the content in question is available to buy. Then you have a lot of long time European users who would own the content anyway, before it was removed. If there are still any European users who cannot buy the content directly from Steam, there are still other legal ways for them to purchase it.

After having a little further play with the route i'd also like echo the comments I made earlier, this is a wonderful route.

Thank you so much! :steamhappy:
I'm actually planning on making another route requiring Addons that are still available in the store!

@Kime
Besides, you dont need Stevens pass to play this one.

@Kime
Damn I didnt know that :(
I'm in Denmark however it has been some years since I bought it.
Perhaps you can buy a code on Kinguin.
If they dont have it then I dont see anything wrong in downloading a torrented version.

Marias Pass and Stevens Pass are not available in Europe :-(

@JT625
I know!
The Western Railway Museum was actually what inspired me to create this map.
I just didn't really want to create an exact copy of the museum, since I cant create buildings by myself.
