@Peter34 - That's a notification for a mechanic added after I recorded the original lines, basically if there isn't a modded voice line for it, it will play the default game voice. I've been meaning to re-record and update the lines for this mod for awhile, but I'm not sure when I'll have an opportunity.

Using this mod, I got a weirdly sounding male and not bot-like "Council Agenda Ready". Is that intended? I'd kinda expect all voice notifications to use the high-pitched female bot voice.

All I had to do was update the version number, apparently. Normally the version number doesn't make any difference, since nothing else about the mod changes and it should still be compatible But apparently that is no longer the case and I'll have to go in and update the version number every time they do a patch. To be honest ever since they moved to the new launcher it's been kinda a pain to do mods for this game.

Okay, it did finally show up (though I had to reinstall the mod 8 different times because this launcher is EXTREMELY stubborn). Whatever you did seems to have worked though.

I've updated the files and gotten both my mods working on my end, let me know if they are appearing properly now

Ok, so as a test I decided to splice the audio files from the servitor mod into another functioning voice pack to see if that would work. It did. I've checked all but three files in both mods, one being the icon in GFX (which I doubt is the issue), second being the MOD descripter (again, doubtful this is the issue) and the third being the ASSET file for both mods, which I do not know how to even open.

If I had to guess, I'd say that third one is the problem. I used the "adjutant" advisor (from starcraft) for the successful splice.

@sabaithal - I had something similar happen with 2.6. It just refused to work, then after one of the hotfix patches it started showing up again. Like you said, it is structurally identical to every other voice mod, so I'm honestly not sure how to fix it.

Did a lot of testing with this mod. As of 2.8 its still not showing up anywhere. I can't for the life of me figure out why, its structure is identical to another fully functional AV mod, and all the sound files work just fine.

I could think of some very niche things that would be fun, but in terms of "general" themes:

Perhaps something opposite of this. More authorative or dictorial or something of the sort. Feudal would be a fun one too as that is an often forgotten empire type

I wanted a robotic sci-fi esque advisor with a somewhat mysterious air to it, and this is exaclty what this mod gives me. Superb job!

I must say, for an original advisor this is some top tier stuff. If it was me I'd definitely hire you for a standalone game.

Just from casual observation, a few of the lines are 'system survey complete' which uses the default, as well as various combat lines.

@sabaithal - I plan on updating as soon as time permits, I need to have a look and see which lines need updated, etc.
