You can use the shrink ray pack to enlarge NPCs or yourself in-game ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=167016569&searchtext=Shrink+ray ), or you can also right click on an NPC and select 'bigify' to get the exact height you want.
