Ah, I have extracted the textures from the Tales of Middle-earth mod which unfortunately includes no death animation for that skin. Because of the high number of frames that such an animation consists of, it would be very time-consuming to create a new one. But if I find a way to do it without too much effort, I will try :)

This is definitely the best Teutonic Knight reskin mod. I know it's from LOTR, but it's not immersion breaking, and it makes them look so badass. I just have one nitpick: they lack death animations, so they turn into normal Teutonic Knights when they die. I don't know how time-intensive this would be to fix, but just thought I'd say something.

No, you just have to subscribe to the mod. Make sure that there are no other mods that alter the appearance of the Teutonic Knight listed above this mod.

Interesting Idea, never thougt of that. The Africans get Knights and Cavaliers - so that could work.
Jaguar Warriors will be some kind of Orc (Aztecs -> Dol Guldur). Plumed Archers get a Snaga Archer Reskin (Mayans -> Angmar/Gundabad). Kamayuk shall look like Uruk Pikemen, I will take the Orc Warchief model from ToME.

their used to be troll skins for teuton knights be it was removed so was the skeleton reskin and the lizard man they where out their once im unsure what happened.

I've thougt about that, too, but unfortunately I don't think that it is possible without changing the game data. For trolls the Jaguar Warriors are way too weak in health and their size and cost is inappropriate.
