I have been playing again recently, finally just got a computer that can insert a graphics card, haven't had one in a long time. The two obsolete mods I think were ones that I already removed. But I've been playing on a few friends' servers and I think I'm still going to add another item or two to this list.

Which two are obsolete? I assime its EJGC and Better Stone? As for the hud I think https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1368815015 is pretty nice as well. If you haven't tried it I'd reccomend giving it a shot. Not as immersive but its a super clean UI and I really Enjoy it over Vanilla
