EASTER EGGS

What a great concept, but there really isn't much to the house. Maybe a few more additions like weapon plaques or mannequins would be good!
MonsterMashMe 27 Nov, 2014 @ 7:09pm
I think you should find a way to make this hearthfire accesible, because i have a wife and i want kids to live with us too. Not neccesarily required, but available
MonsterMashMe 27 Nov, 2014 @ 6:21pm
Nvm Im stupid. i got it
MonsterMashMe 27 Nov, 2014 @ 5:59pm
Because, i cant actually find it. I know where it is and ive been inside, and there's no message coming up saying ive discovered it, and when i talk to ysolda she doesnt have the option to live there. Is there soomething i missed or is this a personal problem
MonsterMashMe 27 Nov, 2014 @ 5:36pm
but how do i get my wife to go there
MonsterMashMe 27 Nov, 2014 @ 4:49pm
the house serves as the perfect place for my Phantom of the Opera to live
BullBars1 13 Sep, 2014 @ 11:12am
You could use a series of Meridian Crystals to refract the light that already comes through the sky light. Instant light by activating the designated crystal in the area you want to have lighted. Or activate them all and it will be enough natural light to grow a garden or healthy kids.
*Epic_Wolf* 6 Jan, 2014 @ 1:36pm
I agree that some light sources would be a superb addition
Gert 17 Aug, 2013 @ 11:49am
I love how its hidden this is a perfect house for my druid character!! Thanks so much for making this ive been looking for tje perfect skyrim home for a week!!
jtucsok 2 Apr, 2013 @ 6:17am
i love the hidden safe but i'm hoping for some mining or a hidden door to a treasure or display area and it seems to work great with the usable lamp mod i have for extra lighting ty
Fyst 21 Mar, 2013 @ 10:24pm
It did make the difference. My character that was already married tried to get his wife to move in and didn't have the option.

Bummer.

Any way we could get a version of this mod without the wife script?
Fyst 21 Mar, 2013 @ 10:37am
@Acapreensanz,

I have Hearthfire and was able to move my child from Whiterun to Falkreath with no problem. My character isn't married yet, so that might make the difference.
seahorsejerky 26 Jan, 2013 @ 3:06pm
I love this house, but it conflicts with Hearthfire. If you have this mod installed, you cannot move your family to your Hearthfire house.
Monsieur Lapin 16 Nov, 2012 @ 3:49am
Does it matter what 'load order' this mod is in? Also, will it work on previous save files, or do I have to stat a new game for them to take effect?
Beast 7 Nov, 2012 @ 3:38pm
Great Job on the mod. I would have to agree with most of the comments here and ask that there be some kind of light source at night. If yur not Khajiit this house is pretty useless at night. Lol. May i suggest some creepy glowing cave mold, if u want to keep with the them or maybe just a porch lamp?
Carkeys 5 Nov, 2012 @ 2:25pm
There still seem to be many tweeks people want but that doesn't reallly do to much with this mod, maybe at the most you could add a staircase or dwarven elevator, though they are glitchy, that leads down to a storage compartment and maybe either some lamps or glowing mushrooms, like those found in blackreach, to brighten the place up. If anyone likes these ideas just say you do and if The General is still looking to see the comments on how he could improve the mod then maybe he'll start to add this idea, or others, and continue on the best housing mod for Skyrim I've seen.
MrJenkins 16 Sep, 2012 @ 8:05pm
This is superb. A suggestion would be a similar place but much brighter and greener with lots of plants (a "happy" version if you will) Some place idyllic for the Dragonborn to escape to. Also I think adding a quest/history to a place brings it alive. Thanks again for sharing.
OMFGunfire 4 Sep, 2012 @ 1:01am
add a little bit more lighting for night time and this is golden.
ejkul 3 Sep, 2012 @ 3:25am
I like the mod, but its a tiny bit too dark for my taste. The house and the area around it could use a bit more light, I had difficulty seeing things.
SmileyD 28 Aug, 2012 @ 2:09pm
Absolutely awesome. No complaints from me. Love the dilapitated house, perfect for a recluse character.
(GA) GrandAdmiral 20 Aug, 2012 @ 1:31pm
i like this mod, because the cavern is very cool and the house isnt another oversized mansion, my only issue is the hole in the roof, but i can live with it- overall 9/10 Great Mod
ST 31 Jul, 2012 @ 10:42pm
Searched around for a suitably awesome hideout for my sneaky archer character, and I'm very satisfied with this one. Secret entrance by the guardian stones near Riverwood, and no fancy pants ammenities that don't suit my character's style. There's even a secret safe underwater! Way cool, compliments to the author!
Carkeys 31 Jul, 2012 @ 8:44am
I've been uing this mod for a long time and the house is at the guardian stones. Also I've been waiting a long time for The General, creater of this mod, to make a new one for Skyrim.
rileyq33 24 Jul, 2012 @ 7:27pm
where is it
Mystra4 24 Jul, 2012 @ 11:48am
There seems to be a BIG problem with this mod...

When this mod is loaded, starting a new game triggers some sort of "Alternate/Quick Start" quest line. The Helgen Keep Interior is incomplete and Hadvar/Ralof end up falling through the floor in a number of places.

After much enable/disable I traced the cause to this mod. What is happening?
sheeana 20 Jun, 2012 @ 6:42am
Great mod, I enjoy it very much, thanks a lot for all the work.

My husband won't move in there though. I can tell him to move there and he says 'see you there' and then does nothing. Does it interfere with the 'Followers can relax' maybe? Or the fact that I use the German version of the game?

And one wish from me: I would love it, if you could add a little bit of lighter green moss on those rocks underneath the three holes in the cave roof. And the corner in the left (standing on the bridge, facing away from the shack), where the trees are I would also like a little 'greener' and maybe a tiny stream coming through the wall? So you could have a little colour, but only if you care to look into that corner, because ofc you wouldn't want to break the overall darker look of it all.

Thanks again for this mod, I love it. :)
swervus 19 Jun, 2012 @ 7:28pm
Really great mod! This place is perfect for my werewolf skirmisher imperial hating nord. Wanted more of a "hideout" kind of feel without a palatial estate and you fit the bill perfectly. Looks and feels like it's actually part of the vanilla, not an add on.

Ever considered doing a basement/secret door for stashing all your valuable valuables away from prying eyes? Just a thought...
roach 15 Jun, 2012 @ 2:40am
Nice touch with the spouce beeing able to live there.
GravoStar 11 Jun, 2012 @ 10:09pm
Sorry to be so bothersome some but some friends of mine heard about this mod, but don't use the workshop. they were wondering if you could upload this to the nexus mod manager. Really great mod by the by.
GravoStar 11 Jun, 2012 @ 9:21pm
Where is it located in the world? Is it near the beginning?
East Texas Armadillo 5 Jun, 2012 @ 12:29pm
Can you add a bath or a working shower? and maybe script tell follower to use them?
PutEmOnAShirtDebo 27 May, 2012 @ 4:07am

ft 27 Apr, 2012 @ 7:04am
Really nice House. Cuold you explain how you made it to tell your spouse to live in the new youse ?
iKan Konqr 22 Apr, 2012 @ 6:20pm
It's a nice place to start. You escape from Helgar, dump all your stuff here, explre a bit and kill some, stash here and then go on to where you're going, When yu get a home, you can transfer all your gear to your new home if you want or sell it all, I keep re-starting my game and this is always my first stop after my escape from Helgar, This is also my first safe save and where I come back to if I mess up my game

Nah, I think he's gone on to play 'Microsoft Flight'
Carkeys 10 Apr, 2012 @ 9:59am
I agree Kan he probably has been working on a new mod.
iKan Konqr 9 Apr, 2012 @ 2:40pm
I think the General has left the building and gone on to other things
XxXPsychopathicRydaXxX 6 Apr, 2012 @ 4:42pm
Maybe you could have a little river going from the lake area, to a way bigger lake with a ship that functions as a carriage? That would be badass, good job though ^^
Synonymous Toolbag 1 Apr, 2012 @ 8:17am
CTD. I have many (36?) other mods checked and ill get back to you if i find which one is in conflict
chknaus (N☆G) 30 Mar, 2012 @ 11:06am
How about putting a small stable inside the entrance for player's horses? That way they are not exposed to predators when you are inside.
Carkeys 29 Mar, 2012 @ 10:45am
The only thing I would change is getting rid of slant down into the water at where you first enter and replace that with a small bridge, possibly a minature or copy of an existing such as dragons bridge, so that way you can get to the other bridge that goes to the house.
