Report a translation problem
Part 2: Mod Creation - Go to \Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\bin and find vpk.exe. Right-click it and create a shortcut. Move the shortcut to the same folder where you extracted "root" to. Drag the folder "root" to the shortcut and a file called root.gcf should appear. Move root.gcf to \Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons. You should probably rename it.
Part 3: Don't put it on the Workshop - Don't put it on the workshop. It works better inside your personal addons folder because it will override any incidental sounds you acquire from Workshop mods.
