(C) Sometime after you get the announcement to protect the village from the enemy counterattack, and after the enemy tanks advance, your hero Innokenty yells that there are enemy tanks advancing up the road, and to destroy the enemy tanks. Next, you fight them. My tanks were pretty powerful against the enemies.
(D) After about 1-4 minutes of fighting the enemy, release all of your tankmen from all of your KV tanks. This triggers the Victory sequence, and it worked for me.

I finally beat all the missions, and beat the 5th mission on Hard.
The trick to winning the 4th Mission (Counterattack), as the Mission Designer explained in one of his comments in Russian in the Comments section is as follows:
(A) During the Mission, you have to defeat an enemy convoy, and then you must capture an enemy village in the top left corner of the map.
(B) After you take the village, a tank column will move from the right hand side of the screen to attack your newly captured village. You have to fight against this tank column. I am not sure if you need to destroy all the enemy tanks, but in my case, I had my tanks and soldiers near the point where the enemies advance onto the map board, and I basically halted their advance by attacking it. You just have to download one of the two Assault COntact 2 Mods, not both, RasEli. I used one of them and it worked fine, although I don't remember which one. Probably I used Majorcolt's version.

I really like how this Mod lets you play the Soviet side in 1941 defending from the invasion.

In the MOW campaign, one of my favorite parts was how you could play as the Soviets defending from the German invasion.

Yes the Counterattack mission is bugged

the counterattack mission always crashes saying "unable to create the break chain"

Hi a bit late to the party but I am on the same boat with AngryRedneck..the Counterattack mission seems bugged. At the end when you have to defend the village it seems like an endless stream of panzers.. only in my missions, they pile up on each other and explode randomly in the fog of war XD

Other than that, 5/5 stars..great missions and atmosphere !

any tips on the counterattack mission? Im at the town defending part with the 3 kv's and i can manage to kill 100+ tanks but they eventually overrun me when i run out of ammo. ive grabbed every AT gun and repairable tank on the map to help but without ammo none of it matters.

Go into the editor and find out(acript name for it is music),or access the mod file and find all of the music I used under the resource>music folder

Very good campaign. But in Robz mod units spend MUCH MORE bullets. So put more ammo boxes and supple truck. Will you continue the campaign till capture of Berlin?

You need the current version of robz.Also disabling other mods that are not necessary for the mission would be recommended

@hill billy did you activate robz realism mod with it i had same problem until i realised it needed it although i didnt play eith assault contact 2 mod which is also apperently needed

good map i beat it but just to let you know all the men were deformed spider like i had everything loaded right,.

This one is like skirmish defense mission,but in the campaign not all of the missions will be like vanilla missions.You will start out with some units and you will get the reinforcements when you complete certain objectives(with the exception of some things which you can call in like a artillery strike or an il2 rocket strike ).

are these missions like skirmish or defence missions where you can deploy your own units?
