The 77 Pacer will no longer load, I got it in the game last night and now the game states a problem and will not load it. I had it in parking.

I am having a problem with the workshop cars, I see many of them have liveries in their folders but they are not available in game. This is one such car. Kind of boring without the liveries. How do I get the liveries to work in game.
