Man, this font is way better than the L4D2 one, i wish Valvel update the game and include this font officialy in the game, with a option to choose between the two.

Just in case anyone else needs help:
1. Subscribe to this mod
2. Load up the game to let the game download the mod
3. Once the addon section is done loading, quit the game
4. Go to your Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop folder, and find newly downloaded addon
5. Copy and paste that addon into the addon folder:
(Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons)
This lets the game load this mod on startup instead of having to download it every time you open the game.
6. Create/edit your "autoexec.cfg". It should have these 2 lines inside (with your desired resolution):
alias reloadfont "mat_setvideomode 2560 1440 1; mat_setvideomode 2560 1440 0"
reloadfont

7. You need to have the "reloadfont" phrase on a separate line. This is what will let your game load the previous line.
8. Now every time you run the game, it will automatically load in your fonts
9. You can now unsubscribe from this mod (but be sure to give it a thumbs up!)

Aero effects make sure if the Window is "fancy," it doesn't really affect anything but most people have it off because it can have a slight performance impact,

also it says in the description, put in the console "mat_setvideomode 1920 1080 1; mat_setvideomode 1920 1080 0"

Replace 1920 x 1080 by whatever resolution you have (like 1600 x 900)

You can also put reloadfont below the alias reloadfont "mat_setvideomode 1920 1080 1; mat_setvideomode 1920 1080 0" line in autoexec.cfg so the game will boot the changing fullscreen option automatically as soon the game reaches the main menu For The First Time.

@JaKe: Here's an easier answer if you can't handle the technical stuff. Make sure the addon is turned on and all your addon's are FULLY loaded up, then go to you video resolution. If your default is say (as an example) 1920 x 1080, change it to say 1600 x 900 (as an example) and click done. The font will change when the resolution is refreshed. Go back into your video settings again and switch it back to your default and it will keep the font. I use this technique every time.

To add to that, anyone can do a font mod from any existing font installed on their machine by just replacing font name in .res files. No need to include the font file itself (the game can only load .vfont files and we can't make those ourselves).

Urik doesn't do mods anymore, the most recent mods have been reuploads or fixes of older/con-current mods.

However, somebody else would most probably do it for you!

@SoundSlater It happens with m60 heavy machinegun ammo, which has its ammo position force-repositioned in game code. For some reason, in some cases, resolution change / mat_setvideomode causes that repositioning to break shifting the ammo number position even more (even with default hud). Adding to the issue, the L4D1 hud itself repositions ammo number a little bit (to match l4d1 style), which might make it even more noticeable / broken.
So in the end, it's a result of several weird quirks on L4D2 and contributing causes that I can't do much about

But some of the fonts, like the survivor names above their heads and the close captions did work. Also noting that the L4D:AC had custom Japanese font too (doesn't even matter if running straight on a pc it'll work) But yet again it could be my resolution, but before I turned on the font the survivor names were normal. The names were like of those in L4D1. I'll take your word on it though, as most of the fonts didn't change. If you want I can show you the changes.

かわいいニコ! non-Latin languages (Glyph languages like Asian, or Cyrilic like slavic etc) use fallback font (Arial) and that can't be modified. So yeah, it doesn't work for those languages. But some things, as you mentioned, might work, like digits and it makes sense.
