Click subscribe, open it with the level editor, load level, workshop levels.

you go to the level editor, click the button to open a level, then click the steam workshop icon next to the search bar.

ye, but that's not an issue. my PB is with my hoonicorn. a heavy , super fast modded vehicle. i'm just wondering which vehicle you used, since i couldn't find many faster than the car i used xD
