Otherwise, this seems like a very balanced and loreful mod!

@Delicious, I like the idea of Witch Hunter General, but I feel like a Witch Hunter General would be a title enitrely within the Templars, and not appointed by the Emperor and not part of his court.
@The Popess, @Coffeecofee, the Reiksmarshal is far more than a cavalry captain, and I want the offices to each have a few different applications within an overall theme, so that the player has some strategic choice on how best to use each character at a given time, instead of having one obvious best use at all times.
Arch elector should get bonuses for the fanatic guys (i forgot their names) and the priest heroes
Also, is the Palatine necessary in the name? It seems weird.
Castellan engineer should get bonuses to siege holdout time, better artiliary and maybe reduction in construction time too
Some offices seem too strong and a bit unfocused though.
Some thoughts:
Castellan-Engineer: I don't feels the additional ranks for greatswords and state troops fit there. Maybe a stronger focus on artillery would be better?
Warden of the Rivers: I like the concept of "ok this guy protects our most profitable province". The -5% recruitment cost seem a bit random though. The bonus relationships with empire provinces don't fit into this kind of system imo.
Arch Lector Paletine: Don't like the -5% upkeep and improved relationship with empire provinces.
Reiksmarshall: Seems too strong. I'd prefer the focus on cav without most of the other buffs.
Lord Inquisitor and Huntsmarshall: Looks great, nice job!
Also, have you changed any effect? If yes, can you make a post with the changes?
Of course, we could ignore all that and add these offices and restrict them to those two characters, but what kind of lame mechanic would we have then? One with no choice and no agency.
