@krono I'm working on a overhaul of the mod for the civics at the time; so that anyone can have them and crusader empires is my friends mod I only helped he start it, I can post a update verson soon. At the time I'm working on some bugs that popped up

'Crusader Empire' civic is only able to be taken with 'Fanatic Spiritualist' and not a general 'Spiritualist'

Is this the mod that includes the civics: For the Empress/Emporer? If so then the "some degree of militarist" requirement for those civics isn't including 'Fanatic Militarist'.
