It's only trolling if it lacks substance. You've got a back button or a number of additional options to click on. You can also choose to take it a step further and just block the creator from your view. A fair point is being made, and as it could have been said/demonstrated much worse, I commend them for the restraint. If anything, it adds mild comedic value to what sometimes can be a very bland experience when sifting through hundreds of thousands of posts/items/etc..

This kind of crap shouldn't be allowed... it's beyond unnecessary, and regardless of its intention to make sure people read the instructions, it's just plain trolling...

The "Ability to Read" "Ability to Use Translator" and "Ability to Use Common Sense" are sarcastic creations.

It litteraly means, that if you want to follow REV0's modular train station thing, you need to know how to read. Just like the two others.
You need tok now how to use a translator.
You need to know how to use common sense..
