Nope, they're all in one file together so it has to be re-edited each time.

Is there anyway to pick and choose what effetcs to have? I really enjoy the laser sight colour variety but everything else really isn't my thing.

It's purely clientside, only you see it. Works everywhere (except servers where addons are restricted)

@Caboose -1 skins (textures) do not, but effect mods (custom pipe bomb effects, for example) will conflict
